The Dan Pines is one of our shortest brim summer weighted fedoras. It’s 100% linen so perfect no matter the weather and will keep you looking fresh and staying cool. Linen is an awesome alternative to straw. Often, folks consider straw fedoras to be a bit “too beachy” or “too casual” – totally feels that way sometimes: enter linen!
I honestly never looked twice at the Dan Pines hat (you caught me! Oops) But I love linen everything else, (sheets, trousers, blazers) so why not a linen hat? My other hesitation for myself personally is that I gravitate towards wide brim hats. I’m tall and I usually feel my best bad-assness in a stiff wide brim. It felt like the Dan Pines wasn’t getting a lot of female love and I wanted to see how I could style this hat.

Y’all – I shocked myself with how much I was feelin’ this Dan Pines hat with all three of these outfits! I opted to keep it clean without any additional accessories (so out of my comfort zone! – but I loved the crispness of the crème color with all my bolder pieces.
