Friday Drops are released every Friday at 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Once a Friday Drop sells out, it's gone forever.

Other drops are released at random, make sure you have notifications so you never miss a thing.

It depends on demand. Sometimes these are gone in minutes, sometimes up to an hour. The only thing we know for sure is that they won't be available after Friday.

For non-Friday drops like limited-edition Capsules, the quantities offered can extend availability.

Better luck next week! There's always something new and fun, so don't be too bummed about one specific release. Your new favorite trucker is always one week away.

Fresh Friday Drops are first come, first serve. There are a limited number of units so if you want to increase your chances, plan to be at the ready at drop time.

Growing demand has many of these drops selling out in minutes; we are always working to increase our quantity for future releases, while still maintaining the drop's limited nature.

Our standard return policy is 14 days, however, due to their limited nature and high demand, we do not accept any returns for Fresh Friday Drops or limited-release drops; they are final sale.
