Frequently Asked Questions
How long will money be held on my credit card?
If unwanted items are taken to a FedEx drop off location on or before day 5 of the trial, the credit card hold will be lifted once the return is processed. This usually happens within 2 weeks. NOTE: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 24-48 hours for this to be reflected on your statement. If the items are dropped off with the shipping carrier after day 5 of the trial, you risk being charged the full about of the order. You will, however, receive a full refund once the return is processed.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50, Returns are free!
Can I use my discount code?
Yes! Valid discount offers apply to both traditional and TryNow purchases. Enter the discount code as normal at checkout.
Can I use a gift card?
No, unfortunately gift cards cannot be used with the TryNow option.
I live outside the U.S. - does TryNow work internationally?
At this time, TryNow is only able to support shoppers in the U.S. with the exception of New Mexico and Nevada. U.S. territories are currently also excluded due to carrier delays.
When will I be charged for the items I keep?
You will be charged within 14 days after the trial starts for items kept. If you made a partial return, you will be charged for the items kept when the return is processed.
Can I convert my cart to a TryNow order?
Yes! If you have TryNow eligible products in your cart you will see a toggle to convert your cart to try before you buy.
How do I return items I don't want to purchase?

When does my trial start/end?
The trial period is 5 days and begins the day of product delivery (day 1). To avoid a charge you must return (to a FedEx drop off location) any unwanted items by the end of day 5.
Can I extend my trial?
We understand that extenuating circumstances occur. Email support@goorin.com with your order details.
I’m getting a message at checkout saying “TryNow is not yet available in your area…”. Why?
Currently TryNow, our program partner, is unable to support shoppers in New Mexico and Nevada. They have shared with us that they are working hard to service your location soon.
I've already mailed my return, but just got an email that I have 2 days left in my trial; is there an issue with my return?
You are all set! The trial-end reminders are automatic, but rest assured this does not mean there is an issue with your return.
