What You'll Be Doing
As a leader in our company, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate your team to create memorable experiences for anyone who comes into your store. You will foster an equally balanced sales and customer-service-focused approach with your team through leading by example.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees at varying levels
- Driving sales and meeting Key Performance Indicator and sales goals
- Motivating the sales team
- Providing exceptional customer service including clientele via email, phone, and social media correspondence
- Building sales to include a full customer experience & meeting key performance indicator goals
- Working with home office business partners to ensure a great in-store experience
- Creating and processing in-store sales
- Opening, closing, and daily operational duties
- Helping to maintain a clean, visually appealing, and positive workplace
- Driving business through a compelling visual presentation
- A strong background in retail sales and previous leadership experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A proven track record of delivering results
- Ensuring operational excellence
- Driving brand awareness through social media and shop events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods at a time
- Must be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, sit
- Must be able to walk stairs and climb step ladders
- Must be able to use keyboard, mouse, and telephone
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. occasionally or and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently
